I was going through one of the toughest moments of my life. I knew i had reason, but obviously the court system does not work the way one thinks. I sat down with what seemed to be about a dozen different lawyers. One after another, something didn't feel right with any of them. Then I came across John Guidry. His reviews seemed too good to be true??. 5 stars?? Not one single bad review?? I called to set up an appointment, and when his secretary told me he was available to take my call immediately, I was surprised. I explained to him my situation, and while every other lawyer was guiding me into eventually taking a plea deal, John was adamant that he would get my case completely thrown out and dismissed. I explained to him that I understand he probably would not be able to give me 100% certainty, but he tossed my doubts aside and told me he can. Now up until there I've only spoken to John for about 30 minutes but I immediately knew he was my guy. He was able to convince me that I shouldn't have been charged to begin with and my case was stronger than I had thought. The next day John calls me and we sit on the phone for hours, he said he wanted to get feel for the person he's defending. He was easy-going, genuine, and articulate. At this point it feels like we've known each other for years. I find myself thinking " How in the world does this man have enough hours in the day to be this personable??" .Ultimately He explained his strategy, making his 30 years of experience instantly apparent. What I also respect about John was his ability to be straight forward and never beat around the bush. I was explained of how long of a process this may be and to never hesitate to give him a call. Over the next couple weeks whenever i found myself uneasy about my case, i would call him. I never once felt rushed or like I was bothering him. Months later everything fell into fruition and John gave me the call I had been waiting for, my case was dismissed.

Mr. Guidry was worth every penny. I hope I never have to use his services again, but if I ever find myself in that situation, there is no question who I’ll be calling.

From the very first consultation, John and Melissa were fantastic! I honestly cannot put into words how grateful I am for John and everything he did for me. Going through this case was one of the scariest, most stressful, and overwhelming experiences of my life. There were so many moments when I felt afraid of the unknown and worried about what my future would look like.
